Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
